- JUNIPER EAST LOFTS
- Juniper East was built in 1895 as a printing plant for the American Baptist Publication Society. The architect was the renowned Philadelphia firm of Frank Miles Day & Bro. An early photograph of the building can be seen at philadelphiabuildings.org
- The building's decorative iron window grilles are featured on p. 125 of The Golden Age of Ironwork by Henry Jonas Magaziner and Robert D. Golding (Skipjack Press, 2000). ISBN: 1879535149

- In 1964, it became one of the first industrial buildings to be converted to residences, as announced in the Philadelphia Inquirer, and it remains under the same ownership and management to this day.
